DETERMINING THE SOFTWARE VERSIONS OF A MACHINE

follow these steps:

  1. open the coin door.
  2. press the TEST switch on the inside of the coin door.
  3. roll the trackball up to "system information".
  4. press the START switch. the version information will be displayed.

When making service inquiries please provide the machine's serial number, the software version, and the i/o controller software version. All of this information is displayed on the "system information" screen. Note that the serial number of the board set may not match the number on the cabinet.
